MINUTECUB MUSTER 2014

Signups will commence April 1st, notices will be sent out as to the procedure. The MinuteCub Muster is anticipates over 1500 Cub Scouts, 100 Boy Scout assistants and 500 BSA Leaders from across five Councils.
The registration price is $35 per Minutecub which includes a Patch, T-shirt and access to all the events. A 2nd Minutecub in a family is priced at $20. There is no fee for leaders or camp followers. The Muster Store will offer T-shirts for $10 each, patches for $2.50 each and tricorn hats for $10 each. This is a family event. Saturday evening camping is available at the Knox Trail Nobscot Scout reservation in Sudbury for $40 per Pack.
The MINUTECUB MUSTER is June 7th, 2014 at the Wayside Inn, Sudbury, MA.
Checkin is 8AM to 9:30 AM --- and then the day starts.

Cub Scout Packs are responsible for their own lunches -- and we keep the area clean.
Family Camping is available on Saturday evening at the Know Trail Council Nobscot Scout Reservation in Sudbury, MA. The cost is $40 per Pack.
Make sure you bring cameras and little ones. This is a family event.
Event 1: Dragoon Demonstration: the use of the horse in scouting and message.
Event 2: Cannon Park: They make noise, they smell, they are heavy.
Event 3: Tomahawks: It is harder than it looks -- and be safe.
Event 4: Vittles: If they ate this food, how did we win?
Event 5: Marching: "I wish the guy nest to me would keep step"
Event 6: American Encampment with gunsmith, candle maker, soap maker and other crafts needed to keep the troops moving.
Event 7: Colonial Village with tin monger, blacksmith, joiner, miller, spinner and many other trades.
Event 8: Obstacle Course with a tour of the grist mill and a hewing display.
Event 9: A British encampment with a surgeon, coopers, coblers, broom makers and other trades.
Event 10: Let's talk with George Washington, Ben Franklin and John Adams. And then, let's sign the Declaration of Independence.
The day is not complete without a battle re-enactment between the Americans and the British.
At the close of the day, we say the Pledge of Allegiance and then.....
